- All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days.
- Expedited orders are processed in 2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeline
- All orders will be delivered within 6 business days after dispatch..
- We currently do not offer international shipping.

4. Return Policy
- We accept returns within 4 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
- Items that cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Personalized/custom products
- Perishable goods
5. Return Process
- Email us at info@justuschix.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond with return instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will send the refund to your original payment method within 4 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Exchange
- Exchanges are only offered if the product is defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, please email us with clear photos of the product and your order number.
